Methodology and sources.
Every statistic we publish on this site is defined here: what it measures, the time window it covers, and where the data comes from. External figures cite named sources. Vendor claims are labeled as vendor claims. If a number cannot be verified with a named source, we do not publish it.

We present them only as industry benchmarks, never as Profit Zombies results. Self-reported agency performance claims found in third-party marketing are not reproduced on this site as fact.
